My AC unit stopped working and was only blowing hot air. I called and spoke with Gail, and she had someone at my house within about three hours. I was panicking, thinking it would cost thousands of dollars, but fortunately, it turned out to be an easy fix. David, my technician, was amazing. He explained everything clearly without using complicated terminology. He fixed my unit and even cleaned it so it was ready for the Fresno summer heat. David is my go-to technician, and no one else will be touching my air conditioning unit. As for Fynaut & Johnson, they are my AC company. If I could give them a 20-star rating, I would. Thank you.
I had a great experience using this company. The technician they sent was honest and very helpful. There was only a small part to replace on my AC. He replaced it quickly and was very informative about how to maintain the system’s operation. It was reassuring to know that I was not being overcharged or pressured into buying something I didn’t need.
